Why study voice? What can you expect?
- Begin learning the basics of vocal technique. This will include, breath support, pitch, tonality, phrasing, and control. You will also learn tips on acting while singing using music and lyrics to paint a picture and tell a story.
- Gain performance experience through a mid-year and end-of-year recital opportunity where you will be able to perform what you’ve learned and showcase your newly developed skills.
- Strengthen your voice. Just like any other muscle, the voice needs work to stay in shape and voice lessons allow for your voice to be developed in a way that will have a long-lasting impact on your instrument for the better.
- It’s fun! Not only will you learn and grow as an actor, and singer, but you’ll also have a blast while doing it.
