Ticketing Policies

“The House is Open!”

About 30 minutes before each show, we open the doors to our auditorium. Our staff is always looking to make your experience at Town as pleasant as possible from A to Z. Here are a few things we’d like you to know about ticketing and seating.

  • You can no longer print your tickets at home. If you call us, we can print your ticket and have it at the box office.
  • You will get a CONFIRMATION email showing ALL seats for a given order. Print this page OR show us this page on your phone and we will be able to seat you.
  • Everyone will get a CONFIRMATION email whether you call, come by or order online. If you do not get a CONFIRMATION EMAIL, your ticket order did NOT process. Give us a call.
  • If you have a large party, you may want to call us/come to the box office and ask us to print your tickets for ease of seating. Or you may be asked to go to the box office window in order to keep the flow of seating moving.
  • We have heard that you enjoy seating yourself and only
asking for assistance when needed from our ushers. We will place signage in the lobby to help you with this process too.
  • We have REALLY heard that you love taking refreshments in the auditorium. We will continue to allow this and will ask that you open items before the act begins and that you take your trash on the way out.

Of course, we know that there can be unusual situations so feel free to always come to our box office staff person if you need help. And we’re always just a phone call away for those who prefer to make reservations with an actual person. We like talking to you too!

Thank you for your feedback and your patience as we continue to make your Town Theatre experience one you won’t forget (and in a REALLY GOOD way)!
