If you had an existing Mary Poppins reservation, please read below to see how we are handling your tickets.
If you hold a 101st season Town Membership:
We will put your ticket back onto your record. If you would like to see Mary Poppins for our rescheduled performances, you will need to call us starting October 7 to make your reservation. Or you may use the email link to make your reservation online which will be sent on October 7.
If you do not wish to see Mary Poppins, your ticket may be used for A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder (which we hope to run in early 2021) or a future show at Town. We are working to have some streaming options for future shows (when permitted) for those of you who are not yet comfortable returning to the theatre. We regret that we are not permitted to film/stream Mary Poppins.
If you purchased a cash ticket to Mary Poppins:
We can turn your ticket into a 100% tax-deductible donation to Town Theatre. Simply email town@towntheatre.com and indicate that you’d like to consider your ticket purchase a gift to the theatre. We will send you the appropriate documentation and our greatest thanks.
Or, you may be issued a gift certificate for the value of your ticket(s). This will be done automatically in your computerized record on October 6 and you will get an email noting when this happens. That email will contain a code that you may use for a future purchase. If you would like to see Mary Poppins, you will be able to make your reservation starting October 7. If you do not wish to see Mary Poppins, your gift certificate may be used for other purchases at Town Theatre including future tickets or memberships, class tuition, summer camp tuition or retail items.
Tickets will be available to the general public beginning Wednesday, Oct. 14. You may get them via email or by calling 803-799-2510 starting at 12 noon.
