Town Theatre Presents Les Misérables: School Edition

Town Theatre is thrilled to announce its upcoming production of Les Misérables: School Edition, a heart-wrenching musical that tells a timeless story of love, redemption and the human spirit.

We’ll journey through 19th century France, where the lives of ex-convict Jean Valjean, relentless Inspector Javert, and a host of unforgettable characters intersect in a tale of struggle and hope.

Les Misérables: School Edition showcases the incredible talent of our Town Teen Troupe (T3) and our Town Tweens. T3 and Town Tweens are the theatre’s auditioned youth theatre performance groups who meet weekly to study the art of theatre.

The show’s production team includes Town Theatre faculty David LaTorre, Amanda Hines Wrona, Joy Alexander, Jane Cato and Kristy O’Keefe Satterwhite. Technical production assistance is provided by Jeremy Hansard and Clark Wilson with costumes by Dell Goodrich, Alyssa Gamble, Jane Cato and Shannon Scruggs. Stage management is provided by Katie Ohnesorge.

The show runs Friday and Saturday, June 7 and 8 at 7 PM and Sunday, June 9 at 3 PM. Tickets are available by calling 803-799-2510 or at towntheatre.com with limited seating for each of the three performances. Don’t miss the chance to see this extraordinary production that continues to inspire and move audiences around the world. Les Misérables: School Edition is presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI). All authorized performance materials are also supplied by MTI. www.mtishows.com
